Reactiva. Artistic development action, we have been providing residencies for 15 years for artists who want to stabilize their production or settle in the city of Barcelona. Association born in the Ateneo La flor de Mayo in Poblenou, where it began as a group to reactivate the center, with numerous artistic programs, with auditions, workshops, exhibitions, etc.
Along 10 years, the Reactiva cultural association has promoted the La Nau 1 project, in the Sagrera neighborhood; a fine arts workshop where creators from different disciplines have worked (plastic arts, sculpture, music, fashion, ceramics …)
We are currently promoting a new project called La Poligonal, in Hospitalet del llobregat, in the Bellvitge neighborhood. L’Hospitalet is the city that is receiving the massive artistic gentrification that Barcelona has suffered in the last five years. Artists organize ourselves to share spaces and establish work networks.
